Introduction

From the Contactly homepage, you can search for a contact by email or mobile to access a detailed profile page providing information on:

Their contact status and consents;
The contact lists in which they appear, if applicable;
His profile data in the CRM database, if applicable;
The most recent campaigns received and the associated response data.

Search for a contact

First, select the type of contact you want to search for:

Email Address: Enter the exact email address in the field;
Mobile number: Select the country for the mobile number or enter the country code followed by the contact’s exact mobile number without the leading 0, if applicable.

Then click on the contact to view their detailed profile.

Only contacts with at least one consent entry can be searched (subscribers or unsubscribers).
