Introduction
From the Contactly home page, it is possible to search for a contact to access a detailed information about their profile. From this same page it is then possible to remove the NPAI status.
Removing a contact's NPAI status
To remove a contact's NPAI status, To add or remove a contact from the exclusion list, you need to have the Blacklist and NPAI status management permission. Then,
- Click on the View Status button from the panel on the left of the screen.
- Click on Remove NPAI status then Confirm. Once confirmed, the contact can become contactable again on Mobile channel, or become contactable again if it is neither saved as complaint nor spamtrap on Email channel.
Conclusion
From the contact record on Contactly, it is possible to easily remove the NPAI status of a contact, thus allowing their contactability to be restored on mobile or email after confirmation.
