Introduction
The Contactability tab details information for communicating with the contact:
- The consent;
- The contact lists in which it is present.
It is possible to filter the data by user group to get an overview of the contactability of the contact for a given group. After applying the filter, only the consents used by the group as well as the group's Contactly contact lists are displayed.
Consents
In this section is displayed the list of consents for which the contact has at least been subscribed once. For each consent, the following information is available:
- Name of consent;
- Subscription status: subscribed or unsubscribed;
- Subscription status collection date;
- History of last 3 subscription status changes, if any.
From this section, it is possible to:
- Search for a consent by name;
- Sort the data in the list by clicking on the arrows;
- Subscribe or unsubscribe a contact to a consent (Consent Management user permission is required to access these actions);
- View details of the last 3 subscription status changes that have been made by a user since the contact record with the name of the author of the action, the date, and the reason.
Beware, it is necessary to contact the support team to activate the functionality and permissions for subscribing and unsubscribing contacts.
