Introduction
Within a contact record Email or Mobile, the Contact lists section allows to obtain precise details about the contact's membership of different lists.
Contact lists
In this section, the contact lists to which the contact is affiliated are shown, with information available for each list.
- Name of the list;
- Type of list: static or active;
- Name of the consent attached to the list;
- Contact subscription status: subscribed or unsubscribed;
- Date subscription status collected;
From this section, it is possible to access the contact list by clicking on the View list button.
