Introduction
From the Contactly home page, you can search for a Contact Email or mobile to access a detailed record of his profile.
General information on an Email Contact form
From the contact record, you will find the following general information in the panel on the left of the screen:
- Contact type: Email or Mobile;

- Email: last open or last click following the sending of Email campaigns

- Contactability status(es) indicates whether the contact can be contacted or not. A contact can have one or more contactability statuses; the most important status is retained as the main status determined according to the order of priority below:

- Blacklist: the contact is present in the exclusion list, he is not contactable.
- NPAI: the contact has returned a definitive error (an invalid email address, for example), he cannot be contacted.
- Feedback Loop: the contact has identified a campaign as undesirable, he cannot be contacted.
- SpamTrap: the email address is used by anti-spam mechanisms to trap unwanted senders.
- Contactable: the contact can receive Email campaigns for which he has given his consent. This status does not take into account consent data. It is necessary to consult the consent subscription status to find this information.
- Groups: lists the groups for which the contact has consent information (subscribed or unsubscribed). You must be a member of the group to view the contact's group information.
In the panel on the right of the screen you will find:
- Contactability: information to communicate with the contact
- Data: sociodemographic information about the profile
- Campaigns: contact reactions to recently received campaigns
