Introduction
To send emails or SMS messages as part of a journey, you must define their content by creating an email or SMS message.
Create an email message
- Go to Messages from the header of the journey page
- Click New Message

Fill out the creation form
- Delivery channel: Email
- Name: corresponds to the campaign name to be entered. This name appears in the reporting module.
- Description (optional): free-form text field (can be used to add campaign-related details such as context, test version, etc.)
- Language: allows you to select the desired communication language by default. The list of available languages is preconfigured. To add other languages, please contact the support team.
- Tags : Allows you to tag the message to refine performance analyses at a granular level.
- Click Continue
- Configure the message header by specifying the name, the sender’s email address, and the email subject
- Define the content to be sent to recipients
- Preview and test the message
- Set sending parameters
- Confirm the message in the Sending Settings tab

SMS campaign type:
- Marketing: these are so-called promotional campaigns. They require a "STOP SMS" notice;
- Service messages: these are informational campaigns from service providers that do not require a “STOP SMS” notice.
- Name: corresponds to the campaign name to be entered. This name appears in the reporting module.
- Description (optional): free-form text field (can be used to add campaign-related details such as context, test version, etc.)
- Language: allows you to select your preferred communication language by default. The list of available languages is preconfigured. To add other languages, please contact the support team.
- Tags : allows you to tag the message to refine performance analyses at a granular level.
- Click Continue
