Introduction
Once the creation form is completed, the "Header" step allows you to set the name, the sender’s email address, and the email subject.
Header Configuration
At this step, you are asked to fill in the following fields:
- Sender’s name: You can select the desired sender from a drop-down list or add a new one
- Sender’s email address: select from a drop-down list for each mailing group. To create new email senders, go to Settings in Sendingly. To add new mailing lists, please contact the support team.
- "Reply" email address (optional): Use this field if you want to receive replies at a specific email address
-
Email subject:
- At this stage, you can enable A/B testing. You can create up to 5 different subject lines for a campaign (for more details, see the article Conducting A/B Testing in an Email Campaign)
- Add personalization fields or display conditions (for more details, see the article Customizing the email channel)
- If the campaign’s HTML content does not include a title—that is, if the <title> tag is empty, Sendingly will replace the empty <title> tag with the email subject. If the <title> tag already contains a value, Sendingly will not modify it and will retain the existing content.

"Create with AI" Feature
The "Create with AI" feature automatically generates three suggestions based on the client's content and project brief.Note:
- Enabling this feature requires a simple manual configuration by the support team.
- The client’s mission should be specified in the client configuration; this helps define the brand’s context and thus yields more relevant suggestions.
- The richer the content (text and image alt text), the more relevant the suggestions will be.
- The platform uses the OpenAI API (hereinafter the “OpenAI Technology”) to optimize certain features, including assistance with generating text content. The OpenAI Technology is subject to its own terms and conditions and policies, available here. By using this feature, you agree to OpenAI’s terms and conditions and policies
