Understanding data sources

Introduction

Before adding a criterion, it's important to understand the data sources you want to use.

CRM data

The CRM data data source filters out information about the individual, their socio-demographic data and their purchasing data.

The categories of exploitable CRM data are as follows:

• Client: this contains data relating to an individual (postal address, date of birth, ...)
• Order: stores all valid customer order data (online, offline)
• Contract: this is where current individual contracts are recorded (quote, in progress, financed, etc.).
• Customer relationship : here we feed relationships between individuals (kinship ties, landlords/tenants, sponsorship, ...)
• Loyalty: here we retrieve loyalty account information with status, points earned, ..., for any type of customer with a loyalty program
• Coupon: this is where you register coupons that entitle you to discounts or gifts in store or on site
• Travel: all of an individual's trips are listed here, for example for customers in aviation, rail, carpooling,... Or customers managing travel for others
• Score: here we retrieve individual scores sent to us by the customer
• Event: here we list event participants or actors with the evolution of their registration (from registration to participation)
• Sending data: with all information relating to the sending of marketing and service campaigns, whether routed at Numberly or externally.
• Reaction data: with reactions to marketing and service campaigns, whether routed at Numberly or not.

This data can be exploited if regularly fed by customer dataflows.

Behavioral data

The Behavioral data data source analyzes the behavior of individuals on sites.

Conclusion

You'll be able to create a segment with all the criteria from the various activated data sources.
