Introduction
When you create a segment, you can add exclusion criteria.
Exclusions
Exclusion criteria can be used to exclude part of the segment population.
All the available criteria can be used for both selection and exclusion.
To add an exclusion
- Click on Add an exclusion group
- Drag the criteria to build the exclusion
Result
Individuals who meet the criteria added as an exclusion will be excluded from the segment.
