Introduction
For a segment shared with Sendingly (except for journey), it is possible to find the list of campaigns that use this segment.
Campaign list
On the Overview page, an insert displays:
the segment activation platform;
the list of campaigns that use this segment.
You can refine your search using
- the search bar
- the status filter (active/inactive)
In order to make a segment inactive, it is necessary to deactivate the active campaigns that use it.
Conclusion
You can easily find the list of campaigns that use your segment and take the necessary steps to make the segment inactive.
