Introduction
Queryly's settings allow you to manage the configurations required for database source segments. .
From Queryly's general settings tab, in the Client settings section it is possible to configure reference tables to personalise segments. This feature is only available for segments to be used in Sendingly, not for Datalively.
Configuring a new reference table
The Add a table button is used to configure a new reference table.
Several steps are required:
Step 1: Select the source table or reference table to be configured from the list of available tables (e.g. stores reference table).
This list corresponds to all database tables, excluding tables linked to the CRM Data, Computed Data, Contactability and Behavioral Data criteria. It is updated automatically every week. You can search by name.
Prerequisite for no errors: the table must contain country and brand fields.
Step 2: Select the destination category for the reference table (e.g. order category).

Step 3: Select the source table's join key from the list of table fields
Step 4: Select the destination category join key from the list of table fields.
The two selected join keys must contain the same values for the configuration to be functional from a data point of view.
Step 5: Define the reference table label. This is the label that will be displayed on the segment personalisation page. This label can be edited after the reference table has been created.
Don't forget to activate the personalization field
Result
After validation, the newly configured reference table appears on the page with the list of configured reference tables.
The reference table can now be used in personalisation of all created segments.
