Introduction
Queryly's settings allow you to manage the configurations required for database source segments.
In the Client settings section, you can view the personalisation fields configured on the following data sources (if they are activated for the client)
- CRM data
- Computed Data
- Contactability
- Behavioral data
- Custom table
Description
A list of configured personalisation fields is available for each data source.
The configuration of personalisation fields is managed automatically on the basis of the various triggers described below.
| CRM Data | Behavioral data | Custom table | |
| Triggers for field configuration | Configuration of a new reference table | Activation of a new website or page type |
Configuration of a new custom table Configuration of a new reference table |
By default, each configured field will be deactivated and available to all groups.
The list of configured fields is updated automatically every week to add new fields detected integrated in the database.
The configuration of fields can be edited (see How to edit the configuration of a personalisation field).
For each data source :
- the first tab in the table corresponds to the source table for the category (here client_user for the Client category)
- then there are as many tabs as there are reference tables configured for this category (in this case, Belonging Store and Origin Store)
For the Behavioral data data source, you can view the personalisation fields for different page types by selecting a page type from the drop-down list.
Conclusion
Personalisation fields are configured automatically following the configuration of reference tables, custom tables and website or page type activations.
It is possible to edit this configuration to adapt it to your needs.
