Introduction
The Segments tab allows you to generate a population of individuals from a contact list using a drag-and-drop editor.
Create a segment
1. Click on Create a segment from the Segments tab
2. Fill out the segment creation form by entering:
- the group
- the segment name (segment names must be unique)
- a description (optional)
- contact source: select 'Contact list'. This option is displayed only if you also have access to 'Database' source segments.
- the join key : determines the contact lists you can filter, as well as the final campaign delivery channel.
3. Build the segment from the segment editor:
4. Estimate the volume of this audience across the main contact channels:
5. Add personalisation fields to the segment:
7. Share the segment on Sendingly.
Conclusion
The segment is then available and usable in tactical and automated CRM campaigns from Sendingly.
