How to share a contact list source segment

Introduction

Once defined, the contact list source segment can be shared for use in the target audience of a CRM campaign.

Sharing and compatible campaigns

To share your segment, click the 'Share Segment' button, then 'Confirm'.

The confirmation dialog specifies the campaigns compatible with the segment. This compatibility depends on the selected join key:

All segments can be used interchangeably for tactical or automated campaigns but cannot be used within Journey.

Result

The segment is available and ready to use on Sendingly. Once the segment is shared, you can no longer edit its query or personalisation.
