Introduction
When you create a new segment in Queryly, choosing the join key is an important step. This setting determines not only the contact lists you can target, but also the communication channel available for your future campaigns.
Choosing Your Join Key
You can choose between two main join keys:
- Email address
- Mobile number
Selecting this key applies an automatic filter. Only lists containing the contact channel corresponding to your join key will be eligible for your segment creation.
This selection also defines the type of Sendingly campaign you can associate with your segment:
