Introduction
From the Segment sample tab, it is possible to generate a sample of up to 1,000 random segment contacts.
Generate real case sample
Once the segment has been created and customization performed, it is possible to generate a real case sample from the Segment sample tab by clicking on the Generate sample button. The sample contains the value of the segment join key as well as the added customization fields.
Thanks to the search bar, it is possible to perform a search on all the rows in the sample.
Relaunch selection
Once the sample has been generated, you can relaunch the selection via the Relaunch selection button. You then obtain a new random selection of up to 1,000 lines. This operation is faster, as it does not require recalculating the data already processed during the first sample.
Customization modification
In the event of a modification within the Customization tab, a alertinforms that the sample is no longer up to date and that it is prereleased.
Modification of segment criteria
In the event of modification of a segment criterion, the Segment sample tab is reset. It is necessary to generate a new sample.
Sample expiration
A sample expires after 3 days. After expiration, it is therefore necessary to generate the sample again.
