Product selection rules
The selection rule for the Order category has two levels:
- orders
- products
For the product selection rule, the filters below are available if the product catalogue is configured as a reference table for the Order category.
These filters ensure that only products that meet all the criteria below are retained as personalisation fields. There is an "AND" between the filters.
| Filter | Description |
| Products from a specific order | Keeps only products from a specific order. |
| Products with URL and image only | Keeps only products with a specified image and URL. |
| Products in stock only | Keeps only products in stock. |
| Catalogue | Only keeps products whose catalogue is included in the list of selected values. |
| Genre | Only keeps products whose genre is included in the list of selected values. |
| Category 1 | Only keeps products whose category 1 is included in the list of selected values. |
| Category 2 | Only keeps products whose category 2 is included in the list of selected values. |
| Category 3 | Only keeps products whose category 3 is included in the list of selected values. |
| Minimum price / Maximum price | Only keeps products with a price within the limits (included). |
If the Order selection rule is configured at product level but without a product filter for a specific order, then the personalisation fields for the order will correspond to the order for the first product selected (according to the rule defined).
Result
On the personalisation page, the modified selection rule is displayed.
The selection rule applies to all the personalisation fields in the category (source fields and fields from reference tables). Visually, these are the fields preceded by the icon .
The fields in the segment will be suffixed from _1 to _X, where X is the number of elements filled in.
In the example, the segment will contain the fields ORDER_DATE_1, STORE_NAME_1, ORDER_DATE_2, STORE_NAME_2.
If no personalisation fields are added, the selection rule summary is not displayed.
