Introduction
To connect to the Watchly interface, log in to the platform and select the desired tool.
Home
Watchly's home page gives visibility on all campaigns already sent or to come, regardless of the channel (Email, SMS, Push Notification, Voice Message).
Key Indicators
Key indicators are present to give you a quick status of all your shipments.
The different statuses are as follows:
- Current: Campaign dispatch is in progress.
- Paused: The campaign has been paused.
- Scheduled: The campaign has been scheduled and the scheduling date has not yet been reached.
- Envoyé : The campaign has been sent.
- Error: Campaign preparation or dispatch encountered an error.
On clicking on an indicator, the user is redirected to the list of shipments of the corresponding status.
List of shipments
Campaigns are grouped by dispatch status. By default, the status In Progress is selected.
Within the list of campaigns for a given status, it is possible to filter the campaigns displayed according to:
- The channel: Email, SMS, Push Notification, Voice Message.
- The type: Tactical, Automatic, Application or Trigger API.
- The group: Name of the group within which the campaign was created.
- The campaign name: Via the search bar.
For Scheduled and Sent shipments, it's possible to browse them by calendar date.
Error shipments
A box appears automatically as soon as a shipment is detected as being in error.

Details of a mailing
All the details of a mailing are accessible inside the side panel that opens by clicking on a specific mailing.
The side panel brings together all the information on the shipment. These are updated in real time.
Shortcut links to the Sendingly and Dashboardly interfaces are provided to quickly navigate between the different interfaces.
