Introduction
Watchly is an interface designed to track the progress of campaign sends (Emails, SMS, Push Notification, Voice Message) in real time, allowing you to pause an email campaign in the process of routing and relaunch it after any modifications.
In Watchly you'll find all campaign dispatches between the last 7 days and the next 7 calendar days.
Campaign tracking Push Notification & Voice Messages
Clicking on a mailing from the list of mailings takes you to the side panel containing all the information on the mailing in question.
By default, and for each Push Notification and Voice Message mailing, you view the following information:
- Campaign name;
- Status of campaign provision with your routing provider;
- IDM: corresponds to the campaign ID you'll also find in Dashboardly;
- Send start: corresponds to the date and time the campaign was sent;
- Volume: total volume of the target.
Interrupting the sending of a Push Notification & Voice Message campaign
In certain specific cases, it is possible to interrupt, resume or permanently cancel the campaign.
Interrupt sending
When the campaign is scheduled, it is possible to interrupt the campaign by deprogramming it from Sendingly.
Once the campaign is being sent to your routing provider. It is no longer possible to interrupt the campaign.
Resume sending
In the event of an error during preparation, a campaign can be relaunched. Click on the campaign, then on "Resend campaign" and confirm.
Cancel mailing
In the event of an error during preparation, a campaign can be permanently cancelled. Click on the campaign, then on "Cancel mailing" and confirm.
