Edit the routing speed of a current campaign

Only available to users with a role with Write or Write Owner permission.

It's possible to edit the routing speed of your campaign to speed up or slow down the current send according to your needs.

To do this, you'll need to click the pencil icon in the side panel to start editing the routing speed.

Once the change has been made, the new speed will be taken into account for sending.

The sending end date will be updated following the change. Note: A short delay may apply before the information is available.

Reminders:

For the Email channel, we remind you that too high a speed can have an impact on the deliverability of the sending.
For STO campaigns, routing speed editing is not available.
For Push Notification and Voice Message channels, routing speed editing is not available.
