Introduction

Watchly is an interface designed to track the progress of campaign mailings (Emails, SMS, Push Notification, Voice Message) in real time, allowing you to pause a mailing during routing and restart it after any modifications.

Connecting to the interface

To connect to the Watchly interface, log in to the platform and select the desired tool.

User rights

Access to the Watchly interface is managed according to a permission and group logic. Groups, users and their rights are managed from the Accessly interface.

Groups

Groups make it possible to segment the interface and assign different roles to users depending on the group to which they belong.

Users

A user profile corresponds to the credentials used to connect to the platform. Users own the content they create.

A user can belong to one or more groups. Each user has a role within a group. This role is assigned and managed from the Accessly interface. This role allows him or her to interact with uploads in progress in Watchly, or not.

The various role-level Permissions for Watchly are as follows:

Writing: Allows management of all campaigns.
Owner write: Allows only management of campaigns owned by the user.
Reading: Allows access to campaigns.
