Introduction
From the general tab of Sendingly's settings, you can create, edit or delete senders and make them available in the desired groups.
There are two different types of sender:
- Tactical and automatic email senders
- Application email senders
To manage senders, it is necessary to go through two different interfaces:
- The client settings interface.
- The group settings interface.
Actions in client settings
Creating a new applicative email sender
The button Create an email address allows you to create a new address on an environment.
Several parameters need to be configured:
- Choose the environment (Test or Production)
- Indicate an email ID
- Select address domain name
Please note: to add a new domain name, please contact the support team
- Select the groups this sender belongs to
Edit an application email sender
On the right of each configured email address line, there's a clickable icon that lets you modify the address.
The following information can be modified:
- Groups that have access to this sender
The following information cannot be modified:
- environment field
- the sender identifier field
- the domain name field
Deleting an application email sender
On the right of each configured email address line, there is a clickable icon that allows the address to be deleted.
Deleting a sender deactivates it from the groups on which it is activated.
Actions in group settings
Activating an applicative email sender
The Add an email address button activates an address on the group.
Activating a sender is done by selecting the sender's email address.
Deactivating an application email sender
On the right of each configured email address line, there's a clickable icon that allows you to deactivate the group's address.

Once the senders have been configured, go to email campaign creation to use this sender in your campaigns.
