Introduction
From the general tab of Sendingly's settings, it's possible to create, edit or delete SMS senders and make them available in the desired groups.
To manage senders, it's necessary to go through two different interfaces:
- The client settings interface.
- The group settings interface
All OADCs available for the customer's various groups are visible here.
Actions in customer settings
Create a new SMS sender
The Create SMS sender button allows you to create a new SMS sender
Several parameters need to be configured:
- Indicate a sender name (11-character limit)
- Select the groups this sender belongs to
Edit an SMS sender
On the right of each configured SMS sender line, there's a clickable icon that lets you modify the sender.
The following information can be modified:
- Groups that have access to this sender
The following information cannot be modified:
- the sender name field
Delete SMS sender
It is not possible to delete an SMS sender
Actions in group settings
Activate an SMS sender
The Add SMS sender button activates a sender on the group.
Activating a sender is done by selecting the sender's ID.
Deactivating an SMS sender
On the right of each configured SMS sender line, there is a clickable icon that allows you to deactivate the SMS sender in the group.

Once the senders have been configured, go to SMS campaign creation to use this sender in your campaigns.
