From the general tab of Sendingly's settings, you can create and edit tag families.
Actions in client level settings
Create tag family
The Create a tag family button is used to create a new tag family.
Several parameters need to be configured:
- Tag family name
- Tag family type: tag a campaign with one or more tags from this family (single/multiple value)

Settings:
- Allow or disallow the creation of new tags when creating campaigns
- Make the field mandatory or not when creating campaigns
Once a tag family has been added to the list, the View family button lets you configure the tags that will be available in it, or modify the tag family's parameters.
Modify a tag family
The following information can be modified:
- Tag family name
- Tag family type
- Tag family settings
Delete a tag family
It is not possible to delete a tag family, as this could create instabilities in content already created with this tag family.
However, it is possible to deactivate all tags in a tag family from all channels: this deactivates the tag family and prevents it from being displayed at the campaign preparation stage on Sendingly.
