Introduction
From the general tab of Sendingly's settings, you can create, edit or delete senders and make them available in the desired groups.
There are two different types of sender:
- Tactical, automatic and trigger api email senders
- Application email editors
To manage senders, it is necessary to go through two different interfaces:
- The client settings interface.
- The group settings interface.
Actions in client settings
Create a new tactical, automatic or trigger api email sender
The Create an email address allows you to create a new address on a population.
Several parameters need to be configured:
- Select sending population
- Indicate an email ID
- Select address domain name

- Select the groups this sender belongs to
Edit a tactical, automatic or trigger api email sender
On the right of each configured email address line, there's a clickable icon that lets you modify the address.
The following information can be modified:
- Groups that have access to this sender
The following information cannot be modified:
- the population field
- the sender identifier field
- the domain name field
Deleting a tactical, automatic or trigger api email sender
On the right of each configured email address line, there is a clickable icon that allows the address to be deleted.
Deleting a sender removes it from the groups on which it is activated.
Actions in group settings
Activating a tactical, automatic or trigger api email sender
The Add an email address button activates an address on the group.
Activating a sender is done by selecting the desired email address.
Deactivating a tactical, automatic or trigger api email sender
On the right of each configured email address line, a clickable icon disables the email address for the group.
