Introduction
A/B Testing enables you to maintain the best results between mailings based on a single criterion at a time, from among :
- Email subject
- Email sender
- Email content
You can preview an A/B Test in the Preview and Test tab, where you can navigate between the different versions.
Preview and test an email campaign with A/B Test
To preview an A/B Test, simply
- Open the campaign
- Go to the Preview and Test tab
- Click on Send test, a window appears
- Select the desired versions
- Complete the rest of the form
- Click on Send
Conclusion
To validate the tests on the preview in order to be able to program the campaign, it is essential to have tested all versions.
Once the tests have been completed, the Schedule tab becomes available.
