More information about campaign types.
Name: This is the campaign name you need to enter. This name appears in the reporting module.
Description (optional): free-form text field (can be used to add campaign-related details such as context, test version, etc.)
Campaign expiration period (in days): The expiration period is linked to the deletion of the email from the recipient’s inbox; and is set by default to 180 days.
This expiration period will be taken into account based on the recipient’s email inbox; once reached, the inbox may, for example, notify the recipient that the message has expired and encourage them to delete it as part of an eco-friendly initiative. The email is not automatically deleted.
Content code (optional): Field defining the name of the application content. This field is only available for application campaigns.
Language: allows you to select the desired language for the communication by default. The list of available languages is preconfigured. To add other languages, please contact the support team.
Consent type: allows you to select the consent type to use for this campaign. This selection enables (if configured) the automatic exclusion of unsubscribers associated with this consent type during targeting. The consent type is optional for app campaigns.
