Introduction
The first step in creating a transactional message is to fill out the creation form by providing various details, including the message name.
Fill out the form to create a WhatsApp transactional message
When creating a transactional message, the following fields must be filled out on the creation form.
Delivery channel: WhatsApp
A channel may not yet be activated. To activate a new one, please contact the support team.
Message type:
Application : real-time sending via API (sending a single message).
A delivery type may not yet be enabled. To enable one, please contact the support team.
Group: allows you to select the group in which the campaign will be created.
WhatsApp Type: Select the appropriate option based on the objective
Marketing: These are so-called promotional campaigns, sent only to recipients who have given their prior consent;
Service-related: These are service-related information campaigns that do not require prior consent.
Currently, only service-related messages are available on WhatsApp.

Name: corresponds to the name of the message to be entered. This name appears in the reporting module.
Description (optional): free-form text field (can be used to add campaign-related details such as context, test version, etc.)
Labels (optional): allows you to filter campaigns and messages in Dashboardly to track performance after sending, if needed.
The creation form is fully customizable. You can add other specific fields (labels) to campaigns, as well as different values.
