Introduction
As of now, it is only possible to create WhatsApp service and transactional messages.
Create a WhatsApp transactional message
- Click on New Campaign from the home page
- Fill out the creation form by entering the message name, among other details
- Define the content to be sent to the recipients
- Preview and test the campaign
- Publish the message
Conclusion
Once the transactional message has been published, you can send it via the API.
Please note that a transactional message cannot be tracked via Watchly.
