Context
Queryly is a workspace for creating populations of individuals to be activated in CRM or media campaigns.
Thanks to the real-case feature, it is now possible to view a random sample of the contacts present in a segment to be used in Sendingly.
Generate a real case sample
Once the segment has been created and personalisation has been added, it is possible to generate a sample of up to 1,000 random lines from the segment, by going to the Segment sample tab.
The sample contains the value of the segment join key as well as the added personalisation fields.
Rerun the selection
Once the sample has been generated, you can rerun the selection via the Rerun the selection button. The result is a new random selection of up to 1,000 lines. This operation is faster as it does not require recalculating the data already processed during the first sample.
If personalization has evolved since the sample generation, it is necessary to rerun a new sample generation and not just selection.
Search in the sample
Thanks to the search bar, it is possible to perform a search on all the lines in the sample.
Sample expiration
A sample automatically expires after three days. It is then possible to generate a new sample by clicking on the Generate a sample button.
