Create a contact list step by step

Introduction

The Contact lists tab allows you to create two types of lists:

• Static lists: Can be updated manually, either individually or from a file.
• Dynamic lists: Update automatically by retrieving a file from an SFTP server.

Create a static list

1. Click on Create a list from the Contact lists tab.
2. Fill in the form to create a list
3. Load or select a file
4. Define the parameters of the file
5. Define contact channel fields
6. Define the content of each column
7. Configure import for a dynamic list
8. Validate the summary
