Create a SMS campaign step by step

Introduction

When you create a new campaign, you can choose between two types of sending: tactical and automatic.

• Tactical: a one-off mailing on a given date (e.g. promotional SMS sent on Black Friday).
• Automatic: a recurring mailing at a given time and frequency (e.g. anniversary SMS sent daily).

Create a tactical or automatic SMS campaign

1. Click on New campaign from the home page
2. Fill in the creation form including the campaign name 
3. Define the target audience for the campaign
4. Define the content to be sent to recipients
5. Preview and test the campaign
6. Schedule the tactical/automatic campaign

Once your campaign has been created and scheduled, you can follow its progress in real time on Watchly.
