Introduction
To view the details and contents of a contact list, select it from the Contact lists tab.
It is then possible to view the list's parameters as well as the contacts within the list.
Side menu
From the left-hand side menu, it is possible to retrieve information related to the list configuration.
- Mapping: summary of all list columns and their configuration, filled in at the mapping step;
- File parameters: summary of all file parameters filled in at the source step.
- Import frequency : for dynamic lists only. Summary of the file insertion frequency to update the list, defined in the Import setup step. The import frequency can be updated.
Contacts tab
Search
A search field is available to filter all the values present in the contact list. The search is performed on primary key(s). If the key is an integer, an exact match is required. Ensure you enter the precise value as it appears in the list to retrieve a result.
List columns
All list columns configured in the mapping step appear. Columns defined as primary keys are highlighted by the key pictogram.
For each contact channel, the following fields are automatically added to the list. They are highlighted by the gear icon:

EMAIL_STANDARDIZED: Contains the email address after correction and validation. -
MOBILE_STANDARDIZED: Contains the mobile number in international standard format.
If one of these fields is empty, it means that the original data provided is invalid.
For each contact in the list, the UPDATED_AT field indicates the date of the last update in UTC. It is filled for all contacts that have been updated from the 25/02/2026.
If the list is being updated, an informative banner is displayed.
Conclusion
