Context
Queryly is a workspace for creating populations of individuals to be activated in CRM or media campaigns.
The creation and management of contact lists is now accessible from Queryly to gradually replace the flow available from Contactly.
The flow
The flow for creating and managing lists can be accessed from the Contact Lists tab.
It is identical to the flow available on the Contactly workspace.
Regarding data processing:
- the management around consent and contactability has been modified;
- the history of list export requests is available 7 days instead of 30.
About consent
- A list of contacts is no longer associated with an opt-in type: it is therefore no longer necessary to choose a consent when creating the list
- The consent type is selected only when creating a marketing-type email or SMS campaign on Sendingly
- When calculating the target on a contact list: the exclusion of unsubscribers applies and is visible on the funnel report in the target tab of the Sendingly campaign. Any contact present in the list and unsubscribed from this consent will therefore not be targeted.
The user or application triggering the campaign must guarantee that it has the required legal basis (e.g. consent) to address the communication to the target contacts.
The operation of contact lists in Contactly is different from the point of view of consent: this choice is mandatory and implies the insertion of an 'Opt-in' for every contact on the list.
For more information, see the article Understanding Consent Management.
About contactability
Two fields are automatically added to the lists to clean up and ensure the reliability of contacts:
-
EMAIL_STANDARDIZED: Contains the email address after correction and validation. -
MOBILE_STANDARDIZED: Contains the mobile number in international standard format.
If one of these fields is empty, it means that the original data provided was invalid.
The contactability of an email (NPAI, blacklist, feedback loop or spamtrap) or mobile number (NPAI or blacklist) is now only visible on the individual's contact form in Contactly.

The contact card
The contact card will no longer carry information about whether this contact belongs to a list.
