Introduction
You can apply different types of filter to each campaign using the heading at the top of the page.
Filter period
For trigger and transactional campaigns, you can change the campaign sending periods.
Please note that the data displayed corresponds to the aggregation of the different mailings over the selected period.
Filter segments, typologies and versions
You can filter the detailed results of the campaign according to the segments and types defined in the database:
- A segment is defined during the targeting. It is used to obtain differentiated results (opens, clicks, etc.) based on certain characteristics of the individuals in the target (e.g. by age group, by recency of last purchase);
- A typology is used to track individuals over time who have characteristics in common (e.g. customers/prospects, men/women). The definition of the typology does not change over time, and therefore does not change between 2 campaigns. Ultimately, a typology corresponds to the way in which we want to be able to track the results of all mailings.
If you wish to configure segments and/or typologies, please contact the Numberly team.
The versions correspond to the different mailings of the same campaign:
- A/B testing of content ;
- The different sendings of a trigger or transactional campaign (one version per sending date).
By default, all data is displayed. To apply a filter, click on "All data". A drop-down menu lists all the possible filters. Only one filter is applicable on the campaign details page.
To display information for all segments, types or versions, you can use the Comparison table.
Conclusion
The ability to filter campaigns by period, segment, type and version provides a targeted and specific view, making it easier to manage and analyse campaigns.
