Introduction
The data export process allows you to retrieve and analyze campaign performance via an Excel file.
Exporting campaign data
When you select a campaign, you can export the campaign data. The metrics used for this report are updated once a day, at the end of the day; therefore, it is recommended that you run the export the day after the campaign is sent to ensure you have the most up-to-date data.
The export is available for all campaign types:
- tactical
- automated
- application-specific.
The scope of the data is defined by the specified time period; please note that data older than 12 months from the current date will not be included.
For each shipment made, the following data is exported:
Campaign ID
Contact method
Date Sent
Opened
Opening Date
Click
Click Date
Softbounce

Hard bounce

Soft Bounce/Hard Bounce Reason
Unsubscribe
Unsubscribe Date
For engagement data (opens, clicks, or bounces), a value of "1" means the action occurred. A value of "0" means the action did not occur.
This feature can be enabled upon request by contacting an NMP administrator.
