Introduction
The Factorly module offers the ability to add simple customization to content created via drag and drop.
When the campaign is sent, the personalisation field automatically retrieves the corresponding value for each person in the target, first name or title for example.
Insert a personalisation field
Customisation fields are inserted in the form {{MM:FIELD_NAME}}.
To directly insert a customisation field in the Drag & Drop editor for a component (text, button, image...)
- Click on the
icon associated with this component
- A section opens, then enter the name of the field you wish to use.
The tool automatically formats the value entered to insert the field in the correct format in your content:
- Lower case letters are replaced by upper case letters;
- Spaces are replaced with "_";
- Special characters are not allowed in the input field;
- The {{MM:}} format is automatically applied.
You can also manually enter the customization field in the content by respecting the format {{MM:FIELD_NAME}}.
