Introduction
Depending on your needs, email content on Factorly can be downloaded in various formats: HTML, PDF, and JPEG.
How do I download my content?
To download the email, go to the editing section, Options > Download in the lower right corner of the workspace:
Choose the format that best suits your needs
3 formats are available for download:
| Export HTML | The content is exported in HTML format, with an option to either host the images or save them to an “images” folder | This format allows you to retrieve the source code as well as the images associated with the content. It is useful for archiving the source and for importing into a third-party tool. |
| Export PDF | The content is downloaded in PDF format. | The standard format for archiving or sharing, PDF preserves the content along with its various links. CAUTION: This format does not guarantee optimal display, as PDF does not handle the conversion of HTML to email format well. |
| Export JPEG | The content is downloaded as an image in JPEG format. | This format preserves the visual fidelity of the content. It is the preferred choice in this specific case, or for use in presentations or for printing. |
