Introduction
From the Journey tab, it is possible to access a list of journeys that have been executed at least once. For each journey, the following information can be viewed:
- The name of the journey;
- The creation date;
- The user who created the journey;
- The status: active or inactive;
- The date of the last upload.
Features
From this page it is possible to:
- Filter journeys on :
- the group: possibility of filtering only on journeys from one or more groups;
- the status: possibility of filtering on active or inactive journeys;
- the tags: ability to filter on one or more tags. Tags are grouped by family.
- If several tags from the same family are selected, journeys with at least one of the selected tags will be displayed,
- If tags from different families are selected, journeys with at least one tag from each family will be displayed;
- the sending period: ability to filter on journeys with messages that have made sends over the selected period.
- Search for a journey;
- Sort journeys by clicking on the arrows at data level;
- Export the list of displayed journeys with all their message performances in Excel format;
- Click on a journey to view details of its performance.
Conclusion
To access the details of a journey, simply click on the journey in question.
