Introduction
From the Messages tab, it is possible to view and analyze performance indicators for each message by sending node and/or by message
Understanding the performance table
Definitions :
- Sending node: the component used in a journey to send email or sms messages.

Message: the communication sent by the sending node. It is defined in the node's parameters.
- A node can have several messages over the versions.
- A message can be used in several nodes.
Array organization:
Messages are grouped by sending nodes within an array. Only messages or nodes that have had dispatches are displayed.
Features:
It's possible to:
- view main KPIs by node or message. More detailed indicators are available by activating View all data;
- recognize the message used in the latest version of the journey thanks to the green dot;
- search for a node or message by name;
- export message table in excel format;
- view message details email by clicking on the relevant line;
- view details of a message sms by clicking on the relevant line.
