Introduction
Once the journey has been selected from the listing, the details page appears. Thanks to its various tabs and filtering options, this page provides:
- an overall view of the journey;
- a more detailed view of performance by sending node and by message.
Features
From this page it is possible to:
- consult a journey's general data, such as :
- the journey description;
- the first and last execution dates. This is the date on which the journey began for the first and last time,
- the tags added to the journey as an axis of analysis;
- view the journey from sendingly by clicking on Open journey;
- track sending volumes and segment history from the Dashboard tab according to sending dates and/or journey versions;
- analyze performance (deliverability, reactions and conversions) at the sending node and/or messages from the Messages tab.
Conclusion
