Introduction
Journey lets you create multi-stage campaigns whose frequency and triggers can vary. To ensure that the campaign runs smoothly, it is crucial to be able to correctly track the different executions of a journey in real time.
Follow progress in the execution bar
Identify test and production journeys
Each journey has an executions tab. This contains a bar listing all executions, whether test or production. A small Erlenmeyer icon distinguishes between tests.
Identify the different statuses and display their details
To track the status of the journey, different execution statuses have been identified:
- In progress (blue)
- Finished (green)
- Failed (red)
- Cancelled (gray)
By unfolding the executions, additional details are given according to the status of the execution.
Relaunching failed executions
At the level of this execution bar a journey can be restarted if it is in error. Only activated journeys can be restarted.
Conclusion
The execution sidebar can be used to monitor the launch and progress of journey campaigns. It allows you to track the different states of an execution and manage errors.
