Introduction
To view the updated details of a contact list, simply select it from the Contact lists pane.
It is then possible to browse all the contacts present in the target.
If the list is being updated, a banner appears so that you can be informed.
Filtering
Two Status filters and a search field give the option of filtering all the values present in the contact list.
It is also possible to change the order in which the columns are displayed and to decide to hide certain columns by clicking on the Change columns button.
Contactability
Two key performance indicators are present on the left of the list.
They calculate the contactability of the list across the different channels.
Email : number and percentage of email addresses optin to the selected consent, and not hardbounce, blacklist, complaint or spamtrap.
SMS: number and percentage of phone numbers optin to the selected consent, and not hardbounce or blacklist.
The contactability statuses of an email or mobile contact for each individual are shown in the list. If the contact has multiple statuses for the same contact channel, the most important status is displayed according to the order of priority below:
For email addresses, the possible statuses are:
- Invalid format: The email address entered in the email field is invalid.
- Blacklist: Email address present in the exclusion list.
- Hardbounce: Email address that has returned a definitive error (e.g. invalid email address).
- Complaint: Email address that has identified a campaign as undesirable.
- SpamTrap: Email address used by anti-spam mechanisms to trap unwanted senders.
- Unsubscribed: Email address that has withdrawn its consent to receive campaigns.
- Subscribed: Email address that has given its consent to receive campaigns.
For the contact phone number, the possible statuses are:
- Invalid format: The mobile phone number present in the mobile field is invalid.
- Blacklist: Mobile phone number present in the exclusion list.
- Hardbounce: Mobile phone number that has returned a definitive error (e.g. cancelled number)
- Unsubscribed: Mobile phone number that has withdrawn its consent to receive campaigns.
- Subscribed: Mobile phone number that has given its consent to receive campaigns.
Conclusion

Adding contacts to a specific list is also possible. For this, refer to the article How to import contacts into a list?
