The Perfect Time (STO) uses artificial intelligence to determine and select the best day and time to send a message to each contact in the target audience.
By default, messages will be sent throughout the day at the optimal send time for each contact in the target audience.
You can set a delivery window of several days; the AI will choose the optimal day within that window to maximize individual impact.
-
Routing duration (optional):
If this value is not specified, emails are sent at a preconfigured default rate (typically 50,000 emails per hour, but this can be adjusted upon request).
If the STO feature is enabled, it will not be possible to set a delivery window. However, to ensure deliverability, a safety threshold is applied. When the volume of messages sent for a single campaign exceeds 150,000 messages per hour, they are automatically spread out over time at a rate of 150,000 messages per hour. This throttling may result in messages being sent outside the time windows defined by the STO
The period(s) during which routing is paused (optional): add one or more time intervals during which mailings are paused (for example, between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM). If the STO feature is enabled, then the sending times fall within a time range specified during configuration.
-
Recalculation of the configured target (recommended): This option is available only when using a configured target. It is enabled by default and allows the target to be recalculated during routing. To disable this option:
The target calculated during the simulation (target step) is sent without any modifications. Please note that new contacts identified in the meantime as unreachable are not excluded;
It is not possible to schedule the campaign if the desired send date is more than 7 days after the target calculation date (simulation). This is a safety measure to prevent the sending of a very old target list (which may include opt-outs or bounces).
Adding VIP addresses: email addresses to enter or list to choose from.

In the case of an A/B test, you are asked to configure additional elements:
Send with or without generalization.
When conducting a broad-scale test, the percentage of traffic allocated to each test variant and the method used to determine the winning version must be specified.
