How the user guide works
The various guides are broken down into sections and articles. The titles of the various articles direct you to what you will learn by reading it.
Categories, Sections and Articles
The first page of the user guide lists the categories, each category corresponds to a unit in the suite.
Within each of its categories, the articles are grouped into sections to help you with the first steps or to go further.
Each of the articles details a specific feature of the tool.
Some are accompanied by a video tutorial.
The search function
If you want to learn something specific about the units, a search function is available to you.
For example, if you are wondering how to add personalisation to your email, all you have to do is enter "Personalisation" in the search tool in order to find a variety of related articles :
