Introduction
On the Contactly and Queryly interfaces, the contact lists used as targets for campaigns run on Sendingly are created.
Why Can’t I Find My Contact List on Sendingly
Once the contact list is created, it becomes available on Sendingly for a new campaign.
If you cannot find this list, check the following:
- the campaign was created in the same group as the one in which the list was created
- the campaign type matches the channel of the created list: for example, a contact list containing the MOBILE (SMS) will not be suggested for an EMAIL (email) campaign; a contact list containing the EMAIL (email) channel will not be suggested for a MOBILE (SMS) campaign
Conclusion
When creating a new campaign, the targets suggested on Sendingly are those corresponding to the campaign’s email or SMS type, created within the same group as those targets.
