Introduction
Various key performance indicators (KPIs) are displayed on Dashboardly. This article gives the definitions of each of these KPIs.
Please note: Visits, opens and clicks generated by bots are not taken into account when calculating the interface's KPIs.
SMS data
Delivery

SMS sent: Number of SMS sent.

Delivery rate: Number of SMS received divided by the number of SMS sent.

Delivered: Number of SMS with acknowledgement of receipt.

Undelivered: Number of SMS for which an error has been identified.

Unidentified state or SMS being sent: Number of SMS sent minus the number of SMS delivered and the number of SMS undelivered.
Undelivered

Rejected numbers: Number of messages not received by operators.

Expired messages: Number of messages for which the time limit for sending has been exceeded (a phone switched off or without a network, for example).

Numbers in queue: Messages not yet delivered by operators.

Provider error: Error generally linked to a suspended line.

Ported numbers: The number is being transferred to another operator. This mobile number will be unreachable for a few hours..

Revoked numbers: Mobile numbers for which the operator indicates that the line has been cancelled.
Clicks

Total clicks: Total number of clicks.

Unique clicks: Number of unique clicks divided by the number of SMS messages received containing a link.
Unsubscriptions
- Unsubscribe rate: Number of unsubscribers divided by the number of SMS received.
- Unsubscribed: Number of effective unsubscriptions.
