Introduction
The Overview tab in a Push Notification campaign provides a comprehensive performance analysis, divided into several key sections for a detailed understanding of the results
Overview
The Overview tab displays the detailed results of the campaign, divided into several headings:
- Deliverability data, including dispatches and errors (bounces);
- Reaction data, through push notification opening;
- A graph of the evolution of unique openings per hour.
If the push notification campaign includes a redirect link to a web page, an additional section displays the web page performance data generated by the campaign:
- Visits, including visit rate and number of total and unique visits;
- Clicks, including the rate of clicks on the page and the number of total and unique clicks;
- The number of form responses, if the web page includes a form.
In the event that the push notification campaign redirects to several web pages, you can select the name of the web page for which you wish to display the results in the heading drop-down menu.
The web page performance data displayed in this section corresponds to the statistics linked to sending the push notification campaign. Total statistics can be accessed from the full web page report.
On the right-hand side of the screen, a preview of the push notification content is displayed.
Conclusion
The preview provides a clear view of the layout before sending. For a more in-depth analysis of performance, including conversions, see the article Understanding the conversions tab.
