Introduction
The Overview tab in an email campaign provides a comprehensive performance analysis, divided into several sections for a detailed understanding of results.
Overview tab
The Overview tab displays detailed campaign results, divided into several sections:
- The reactivity data, including click and open data;
- Deliverability data, including dispatches and errors (bounces);
- The unsubscribe data, if the campaign includes an unsubscribe link.
The number of clicks includes clicks on all versions of the email (html version, text version, mirror link and mirror page), excluding clicks on unsubscribe links.
If the campaign includes an unsubscribe link to an external page not managed by Numberly, the number of unsubscribes cannot be tracked (N/A is then indicated).
-
If the Email campaign includes a redirect link to a web page, an additional section displays the web page performance data generated by the campaign:
- Visits, including visit rate and number of total and unique visits;
- Clicks, including the rate of clicks on the page and the number of total and unique clicks;
- The number of form responses, if the web page includes a form.
In case the Email campaign redirects to multiple web pages, you can select the name of the web page for which you wish to display results in the heading drop-down menu.
The web page performance data displayed in this section corresponds to the statistics linked to the sending of the Email campaign. Total statistics can be accessed from the full web page report.
