Introduction
The list of email campaigns includes all types of campaigns:
- Tactical ;
- Application ;
- Automatic.
By clicking on a specific campaign, you can obtain more information about it.
Key campaign data
General information is given for this list at the top of the page:
- Number of campaigns listed;
- Number of emails sent;
- Key indicators: open rate, click rate, completed email rate, unsubscribe rate.
By default, the following information is available for each email campaign:
- Mailing ID (IDM);
- Campaign name ;
- Sending date ;
- Number of emails sent;
- Rate of emails received ;
- Open rate ;
- Click-through rate;
- Unsubscribe rate.
You can view more information by clicking on the "View all data" button.
Features
From this page, you can :
- Export the list of campaigns displayed with all their results in Excel format;
- Click on a campaign in the list to access its details;
- Search for a campaign by name or IDM.
- Sort the data in the list by clicking on the arrows;
- Filter data.
The list displays the data of the last campaign sent for automatic and application campaigns.
The last date sent is indicated in the Date sent column.
Conclusion
To access campaign details, simply click on the campaign in question.
